All booking requests require users to register with this site. Once registered, you can view and manage your bookings, quickly add new bookings and view any invoices you have been issued.

On average it takes about 5 minutes for users to complete this form. Incomplete booking requests will be deleted automatically after 60 minutes.

This form is for regular or recurring bookings, such as clubs, classes, or community groups that use the hall more than once a month.

Bookings are confirmed once approved by the Hall Committee. Invoices are issued monthly in advance and must be paid within 30 days.
Payments can be made by bank transfer or online.
If you need to cancel or amend your booking, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. Cancellations with less than one month’s notice may be charged in full.
Rescheduling may be possible at the venue’s discretion and subject to availability.
