This form is for party and social event bookings such as birthdays, anniversaries, and celebrations.
Please do not use this form for one-off community events or regular bookings (more than once a month).

A 50% deposit is required when booking, with the remaining balance due one month before the event. Payments can be made by bank transfer or online.
If you need to cancel or postpone, a £20 admin fee will apply. Cancellations made less than one month before the event are non-refundable.
Rescheduling may be possible at the venue’s discretion and subject to availability.
